You play as an escaped convict, who has found himself in the foggy town of Silent Hill, after his prison transportation coach crashes. Everyone has a reason for arriving at Silent Hill, and in the 8th instalment of the much loved survival horror franchise, the player is tasked with unravelling the dark past of main protagonist; Murphy Pendleton. As well as facing a whole new range of creepy monsters, Murphy is being pursued by Corrections Officer Anne Marie Cunningham, whose interest in him goes beyond the call of law. Players need to use their wits, rather than muscle and weaponry, to survive. It's a true survival horror experience.
